HSG conducts the preliminary studies to ensure the economic viability of a project, in addition to providing complete facility design and project development consulting services to new fitness clubs. We also provide comprehensive operational reviews of existing fitness club systems (including customer service) and compare them to industry best practices.

Recreation Centre Consulting

HSG provides complete facility design and project development consulting services to new community fitness and recreation centres. We also conduct comprehensive operational reviews of existing recreation centre systems (including customer service) and compare them to industry best practices.

Employee Fitness Consulting

In addition to strategic business planning for health improvement, cost control and productivity enhancement, HSG provides companies with complete corporate fitness centre design and employee fitness program development services.

Workplace Wellness Consulting

Our comprehensive, proprietary family of consulting services assist organizations in rationalizing, planning and implementing effective corporate health and workplace wellness strategies. This includes: creating a strategic workplace health plan; identifying current workplace health policies and procedures and comparing them to best practices; benefit claims analysis, developing a healthier workplace culture; determining the best mix of wellness program elements, and measuring results.

Therapeutic Fitness Consulting

HSG consults on the development of specific fitness and wellness programs to effectively address the needs of the health-compromised or older adult populations within community fitness and recreation centres.

Management Services

Fitness Club Management

HSG manages and operates commercial fitness facilities on behalf of real estate development companies and other property owners. When we partner with an owner, operations are developed to have the "signature" of the owner; and managed in a way that is seamless with all other aspects of the owner’s operation.

Recreation Centre Management

HSG manages and operates sport, fitness and recreation facilities of not-for-profit associations (such as community centres, community colleges, municipal recreation centres, or sport associations). Our partnership delivers professional management services that are provided seamlessly within the overall operation of the centre.

Employee Fitness

HSG develops and supplies complete operational management services for employee fitness programs and corporate fitness centres. Where mandated, this extends to delivering motivational employee health programs focused on enhancing the well-being, satisfaction and engagement of the organization’s employees.

Workplace Wellness

We develop and manage comprehensive employee wellness programs. In addition, HSG provides a range of health promotion programs (such as nutrition and weight management, physical activity, stress management, back care, office ergonomics, health fairs, health risk appraisals, etc.)

Therapeutic Fitness Program Management

Run as a specialized programming area within a large fitness and recreation facility, HSG develops and manages all aspects of the therapeutic fitness service area. This includes program design, promotion, staffing and program delivery as well as overall program management.
